CONVOCATIONS
EACH CONVOCATION:
Elects a Coordinator to serve a two-year term on the Diocesan Board
Elects other officers for affairs of their Convocations as needed
Meets yearly for worship, study and fellowship
Hosts the Annual Conference or special event once every seven years
Contact the convocation coordinator in regard to annual convocation dues
ANNUAL DIOCESAN ECW CONTRIBUTIONS
Each year, each Parish should consider the amount they can contribute by their ABILITY and WILLINGNESS to give. More money equals more good works done in the Diocese, the nation and the world. Your annual contribution to the Diocesan ECW is customarily received in January. For questions regarding ECW contributions please contact the Diocesan ECW Treasurer. Please make your checks payable to Episcopal Church Women, marked Proportionate Giving on the memo line.

MEMORIAL ROLL: Each Parish should submit to the Diocesan Treasurer the names of any Parish women who have died between September 1st of the previous year and September 1st of the current year to be included in our Book of Remembrance, which is on display during our annual Conference. The names are read during our conference service. Please print or type name in capital letters- first name, maiden name and last name.
All Memorial Gifts accompanying name(s) will be added to the ECW College Scholarship Fund. Make checks payable to Episcopal Church Women with Memorial Roll on the memo line.
