Our Diocesan ECW sponsors an annual CONFERENCE to facilitate fun/fellowship and a business meeting to elect/install the Diocesan Board. Each Parish should send two voting delegates to the business meeting. Information and registration forms are available from your Convocation Coordinator. Our Conference is open to all people of the Diocese and it is a good time to catch up on what other Parishes are accomplishing. Clergy are encouraged to attend.

-

The Convocation dues should be paid yearly with a contribution made to the Diocesan ECW. Each year, each Parish should consider the amount they can contribute by their ABILITY and WILLINGNESS to give. More money equals more good works done in the Diocese, the nation and in the world. Annual gifts may also be given to the ECW College Scholarship Fund, the Women at the Well Scholarship Fund, the Church Periodical Club (CPC) and the United Thank Offering (UTO). If your contribution is not made in January, please notify the Diocesan Treasurer of the amount and expected date of payment.
Please make your checks payable to Episcopal Church Women, marked Proportionate Giving on the memo line, and mail to Episcopal Church Women, Diocese of Alabama, 521 North 20th Street, Birmingham, AL 35203-2611. Your contribution provides for the following: 14% administration, 44% education, information and inspiration, 28% outreach, and 14% corporate gift.
