60th Annual
Women's Weekend at Camp McDowell
Our speaker this year is Sissie Wile, the Interim Director for the
Education for Ministry (EFM) program at the School of Theology in Sewanee.
Sissie is from Mississippi and has been active in the EFM program for many
years. She is a new grandmother, and her program will center on the
2009 ECW theme “St.
Anne, Grandmother of Our Savior,” with talks on a grandparent’s love.

The calendar handbook will be available at Fall Conference or from your
Convocation Coordinator. If you need extras, you may order as many
as you wish at $3.00 each. If you have a date set for an event in
the next calendar year, please send your information and orders to the
President Elect by July 31. |

the college chaplains in our diocese. |

Tennessee Valley Convocation at St. Matthew's

our speaker for our 2009 Fall Conference.
She is an author and speaker and has been a communication adjunct at
Appalachian State University since 2001. She says
“Jesus expects us to be the light
