All parishes are encouraged to
send information (including photographs) for any ECW event/activity you would
like to publicize.
The preferred method to send
info to the Publicity Chair is electronically.
This means you can put the info in the body of an email or in a word
processing document attached to an email, or you may send it on a CD or a
floppy disk. Digital photographs in .jpg format is preferred. If you do not
have access to one of these methods, then you may submit it by postal mail.

Diocesan Newsletter, which is published every 2 months: Any info you want submitted
to The Alabama Episcopalian must be received by the Publicity Chair by at
least one week ahead of the dates below, (the first of
the month preceding
the month in which it will appear in The Alabama Episcopalian).

website (www.alabamaecw.org): Any info you want
posted on our website, please send at any time to
Publicity.
Please allow at least a week for this to get posted.
