Publicity:

All parishes are encouraged to send information (including photographs if any) for any ECW event/activity you would like to publicize, to the Publicity Chair.

  • The preferred method to send info to the Publicity Chair is electronically.  This means you can put the info in the body of an email or in a word processing document attached to an email, or you may send it on a CD or a floppy disk.  Digital photographs in .jpg format is preferred.  If you do not have access to one of these methods, then you may submit it by postal mail or fax.
  • For The Apostle Diocesan Newsletter:  For electronic submissions: Any info you want submitted to The Apostle must be received by the Publicity Chair by at least one week ahead of the dates below, (the first of the month preceding the month in which it will appear in the Apostle).  Also, any and all upcoming ECW events would be listed as "dates to remember" or "mark your calendar" in the Apostle.  If you submit by fax or postal mail, then it must be received at least 2 weeks before the dates below (the first of the month preceding the month in which it will appear).

    Send to Publicity at least 1 week before these dates: (2 weeks for non-electronic submissions)

    • December 1 for the January issue
    • January 2 for the February issue
    • February 1 for the March issue
    • March 1 for the April issue
    • April 1 for the May issue
    • May 1 for the June issue
    • July 1 for the combined July/August issue
    • August 15 for the combined September/October issue
    • October 1 for the November issue
    • November 1 for the December issue
      Note: Sometimes the February/March issues or March/April issues are combined
  • For website:  Any info you want posted on our website, please send at any time to Publicity Chair. Please allow at least a week for this to get posted.
