When new ECW officers in your parish are elected each year, please promptly complete this form.

Please note the Parish Checklist at www.alabamaecw.org/ParishChecklist.htm (or on Page 10 in the 2008 ECW Calendar Handbook) is available at the Fall Conference for the coming year or anytime from your Convocation Coordinator. This Checklist is provided for your convenience to help you get started as an ECW Officer for your parish.


Annual Contributions from parishes to the diocesan ECW are payable in January.
The more generous the contribution each parish makes, the more good will be accomplished through the Diocesan ECW. Each year, your parish should reconsider the amount you can contribute by ability and willingness to give. Please see further information at www.alabamaecw.org/AnnualContributions.htm (or on Page 7 in the 2008 ECW Calendar Handbook.)
