PARISH ECW INFORMATION SHEET

When new ECW officers in your parish are elected each year,

please promptly complete the Parish ECW Information Sheet.

We will send communications from time to time to your parish,

such as information about the Annual Conference and other matters.
All communications will be sent by email to those we have email addresses for.
Otherwise, we will send printed communication to the parish postal mailing address,

so please notify your parish office you’ll be receiving mail there.
The Parish ECW Information Sheet is the best way to keep us informed of any changes in officers/contact information

during the year.  You can submit this form anytime.

You can submit this form online or you can print a "paper" version of this form that you can send by mail, if you prefer.
