Episcopal Church Women of the Diocese of Alabama

Bishop Henry Parsley visited St. Michael's, Fayette, February 22 for confirmation, reception and baptism.  One highlight of the day was the dedication of the "Garden of Peace" wall mosaics.  A very talented mosaic artist and member of the congregation, Rhys Marie Greene, portrayed events of the life of Jesus in 20"x 30" colorful mosaics.  The inside wall has a larger mosaic of Creation, also done by Rhys Greene.  The wall was dedicated to Rev. Timothy Hoff on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of his ordination.
